become a Mission Viejo Nadadores Member please complete the Online
Registration Form On this form you will be asked for a credit
card payment, please have your your credit card at hand before continuing.
Once you submit the form, you are immediately eligible to participate
in our program, workouts and team events. |

USMS Online Registration |
2008 One-Year Member Registration. Complete the form - use capital letters in your name and address where appropriate!

Once your registration
is complete, within one working day you will be registered on our
team Bulletin
Board for access to daily workouts, chat with other team members
and other useful information. Coach Mark or webmaster will email
you with the user name and a password. |
