Weekly Workout Emphasis

60 Minutes, 2000-4000 Yards/Meters (3,000 average)

10 minute warm-up, pre main set, main set, conditioning/kick set, cool-down

Four day rotation on the following emphasis:

Mid-Distance (w/kick sets, aerobic base)
 
Distance (aerobic base, w/some stroke)
Lactate Endurance
Sprint Sets/VO2 max (goal set, speedplay, kicking)
High-intensity, anaerobic
I.M./Specialty  (work on technique)
