It will consist of 3 sessions: a classroom session, a water session and an application/review session.

There will also be videotaping at the clinic.

Technique Clinics are for Beginners, Intermediate and Triathletes.  Clinic includes stroke drills, stroke tips, practice time, and video analysis.

We will review the sequence of steps needed to improve on a whole stroke: streamlining, kick, timing, rhythm, and propulsion.
