RECIPE FOR A SUCCESSFUL MISSION VIEJO MEET
Prep time: 4 days
Actual cooking time: 1 day
Take 1 fast 25 yard pool, use 8 lanes, of world class quality.
ADD:
One good meet director (coach)
Mix in a variety of people to help-
officials, timers, awards,
registration, and runners
ADD:
A snack bar for taste.
Gatorade, Water, Juices, Bagels
Hard boiled eggs, Muffins, Orange Juice, Bananas
Oranges ,Apples, Chips (small snack bags)
Hot dogs, Hot dog buns, Cookies,Powerbars, Gatorade
Water and Juices
ADD:
50 Mission Viejo Masters Swimmers
with energy and efficiency.
ADD:
Another 100 swimmers form the area,
Ages 19-95.
Warm this mixture up. Stir and swim all day.
YEILDS:
One successful short course master swim meet.
