Intro to Masters Swimming Clinic
An orientation class for those of you, who are brand new to Masters Swimming,
or Swimming in general, but also beneficial to seasoned Masters Swimmer coming to us from another team.
You will learn about the team and most common new swimmer questions regarding equipment,
workout structure, pool etiquette etc. will be answered.

JUST A REMINDER FROM COACH

So each time you begin your pull of any stroke be sure your
palms are facing your feet and make certain that you lead
your pull with your hands, not your elbows (don’t let your
elbows drop), so that you make use of the largest possible
surface area of your forearm.
