NATIONAL  POSTAL CHAMPIONSHIP AND PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Join Us Labor Day for the 2004 USMS 5K & 10K Postal Championship, by St. Louis Area Masters Swimming

7:00-10:00 AM – Bring your family and friends and enjoy a pancake breakfast ($5.00)

 

1.                  Bring a timer (lap counter) if you are doing the 5,000

2.                  Lap Swimming will be available throughout the morning.

3.                  Helpers needed for the Pancake Breakfast
