CREATING SUCCESS
Pursuing and achieving your goals means nothing if you don’t have a plan on how you are going get there. You should know your long term goal (wants) and your short term goals (needs), so all that is left is to apply them within your reality.
Take a look at your week and commitment to the days you plan to train. The secrete is training with your needs in mind and focusing on meeting those needs each and every time you train. Trouble can and will appear if you try to meet all of your needs at once. This will be frustrating, so pick one need at a time and work at your needs in small manageable parts.
When you go to each practice with a short-term goal, you train with a purpose. When you train with a purpose your training has meaning and when you are putting your efforts into something that has meaning you have created SUCCESS!
GOOD LUCK!
---Coach Mark
