Mission Viejo LCM Meet, May 21st

 

The Mission Viejo Nadadores Masters will be holding their Worlds Meet Qualifier Long Course Meters meet on Sunday, May 21st. This is your chance to get some early season long course times, and to meet the qualifying times for the meet at Stanford. 50s, 100s, and 200s of all strokes, along with the 200 and 400 IMs, 400 Free and a couple of relays are offered.

 

The pre-entry postmark deadline is Saturday, May 13th with an entry fee of $20.

Deck entries are allowed for an additional $10 charge.

Las Vegas LCM Meet, 400 IM added to schedule

 

The 400 IM will be added to the Las Vegas meet, as Event 4a.

The meet will be held on Saturday, June 24th.

2006 FINA Worlds entry deadline June 3rd

 

The entry deadline for the 2006 FINA Masters World Championships is June 3rd, in case I forgot to mention it...

I am doing all the relays – so you must have your entries in by JUNE 1 – so I can complete the team relays.

 

The on-line meet entry system is available. You can now register for all the events online at

Challenge Achievement Recognition

An Adult Fitness Program for Triathletes, Fitness Swimmers, Competitive Swimmers and You!

All practices have a coach on deck who provides expert assistance in training techniques, stroke mechanics and goal setting. Each workout accommodates all skill levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, or triathlete.  Practices last one hour and the total distance ranges from 800 to 4000 yards/meters, depending on the skill of the individual.
