Words
from Coach
Mark-
Mind
over Matter (Water)
Congratulations
to all swimmers on making the commitment to a healthier lifestyle!
The
trick to staying motivated is to stay positive and see that you’re making
progress.
If
things get off track, stop for a minute and refocus.
Once
you think about looking great, feeling energized and achieving success you’ve
always wanted – and you will- you’ll be able to maximize your
results.
…both
in the pool and out!
"If
you think you can, or you think you can't, you are
right!"
-Henry
Ford
